Sleepies
Hello everyone!!!
Does anyone else get very tired after they eat? Seems like as soon as I eat breakfast within about 15 minutes I could easily go back to sleep. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to change this feeling? I know that walking and fresh air will help me; I just need to find a way to motivate myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Lori, I haven't heard of anyone doing that but I could be wrong. Are you taking your vitamins? As soon as you finish breakfast just get up and take a walk for 10- 15 minutes. Don't give yourself time to think about it. Just do it. You will be surprised how good you will feel after your walk. I also take a walk at work to de-stress. It feels good to move and clear your head. Good luck in your journey. Mona
