eating

Are there days that you just don't feel like eating? I ate breakfast at 11:30 this morning, had an egg with some cheese on it. Drank about 8 oz of pink lemonade between then and lunch which I ate at 3:15pm and had 2 oz of cottage cheese. I then laid down and took a nap, when I woke up I was hungry so I am eating 2 oz of mashed potatoes and its about 9:50 pm. I don't feel any worse for wear, but should I generally be eating more? I do know that I should be getting in my liquids. It sure has been a weird day today. Love Lori

Hi Lori, Sounds fine. There are also times when I don't feel like eating either. As long as you are hydrated and you are eating protein when you eat it should be fine. Mona

Mona, This is just so weird I had mashed potatoes for supper; they gave me horrible gas. I then took a Beano before I ate some applesauce, as I was still hungry. That helped some, but I was still feeling funky. So I drank some water thinking I might be a little dehydrated, and that has helped. I got up and walked around as that always helps when my tummy is feeling funky. Decided I was still hungry, so I had some string cheese, so far so good, and the gas is almost completely gone. I also seem to be getting headaches on a regular basis, but I think its from being over tired, and looking at the computer screen while doing my homework. An ice pack on the back of my neck or the top of my head does wonders. Love Lori
