Just a " quickie" before going to Curves. Hope your weekend was a good one. My oldest grandson had his 14th brithday I wanted to snaff down the biggest piece of ice cream cake like in the old days. . but i knew what would happend ....needless to say it amounted to about 4 onces as usual.
