Less then 10 days to go!

Everything is a go! My surgery is scheduled for March 21. I cannot believe it is this close to being here. I am really trying to take one day at a time, but at times life just seems to overwhelm me and all is I can do is cry, and cry, and cry and cry some more........ Most people have only one or two major life changing events happen within a years time, most of the time anyhow. I am not complaining about my life, because without the life I have I would not be the person that I am today and I really love myself now. But since January my boyfriend of a year and six months broke up with me so that he could get back together with his high school sweetheart, and then told me a week after he broke it off with me that they were getting married. I am surviving that, I don't hate either one of them. I know that what goes around comes around and it will happen when they least expect it to. Heck he even invited me to come to their wedding. Which I plan on attending with my new body! I am in college and will finally be graduating in May with a 2 year Associates Degree in Paralgel Studies. I have been going to college year round since January 2000. It seems that I have saved all of my homework intensive classes to the very end and I am a terrible procrastinator, not a good combo. I went to court at the end of February for the final hearing on my divorce. My attorney is holding off filing the paperwor****il after my surgery so that I do not lose my insurance. So my divorce will be final some time in April. What is interesting about that is that it will be final in the same month that it started, how ironic. Twenty-four years after it started it will be coming to an end. So once that is done I will have to find insurance on my own, and from what I have looked at monthly health insurance for me will cost more then what I pay for rent every month. Something about that just seems very very wrong. I will graduate May 6. I will need to start looking for a full-time job soon, and I also need to take one more class this summer to finish up my degree. In the middle of July my son and his wife are having a baby, their second child. Being a grandma is awesome I wouldnt trade it for anything. I sure do hope the second half of this year is less hectic. Thank you all for letting me vent I feel much less like crying now and feel that I can get on with my day, and my piles and piles of homework. Have a great day and keep smiling!
