February Visit Goes Good

Well another month behind me. The scale was good to me didn't make my mini goal but was still down. weigh in at 237pds. down from 318pds. Still not complaining. I put the info in my profile and didn"t have any problem figuring it out since this was first time doing that, well till later keep in touch. later jimmy
