Warning! Boob question!

I swore when I had surgery I wasn't going to opt for any plastics. Well, I can't seem to find the girls anymore, wonder where they went??? .... Can anyone suggest a surgeon in Nebraska that does implants? I can honestly say that I could buy a training bra and it would FIT!!! I can probably survive saggy thighs and a saggy bottom, but... boobs I don't know if I like this. Rhonda 312/168/155?

Dr. John Edney at Asthetic Surgical Images on 90th and Dodge. He is EXCELLENT. Not only did he put in my sister's implants, which look wonderful and NATURAL even, but I dated his son for a while and he is a very trustworthy doctor.
