Contacting Insurance Company

Is there anyone from here in Nebraska that has dealt with ChampVA for their insurance? I am unsure as how to reach them to see how things are coming along as far as them paying for my surgery. It has been over a month since Dr. Goering's office sent in the paperwork. I have an e-mail from them stating that they would pay for this type of surgery, so I do not understand what is taking so long to hear something back from them. So if anyone out there has a contact number that they would care to share with me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

I'm sorry I cannot help you. But I'm about to contact my insurance company too. They have one place left to pay. I've been checking thier website and now it doesn't show because it was in Dec 2005. So it's a new year. So I can't even watch for it. Jess
