4 year bandiversary

Hi Everyone, As of yesterday I am celebrating my 4 year bandiversary. I have been able to maintain my weight loss for 2 years. For me that is a miracle. I have been a yo-yo dieter my whole life. I have lost the same 50 pounds enough to make a couple of people. I wish everyone success in their journey. Mona

You have been so good to everybody with help during our weight loses I would like to say you deserve a big pat on the back for all of your comminents you have made to your self you should be very proud for what you have done.
