Down in inches only a pound down .

Well had my visit with the Dr. on Monday was only down a pound but I still felt good cause I know I lost inches I can tell in my clothes cause they getting pretty baggy. The Dr. did a fill of 2cc so now I"am up to 8.5cc in my band. I still walk every morning makes me feel good. Well I surive turkey day and did loose another 4pds. since monday so the fill must be working . Well everybody take care need to go get my beauty sleep going to Grand Island and Kearney on Sunday for some shopping Only reason I'am going have to be the taxi cab driver. lol. later jimmy

Hi Jimmy, WooHoo! You are doing great. I know it is a pain not to lose pounds but it is great you lost inches. I am glad you survived the holiday. I also survived the holiday. I made a couple of safe dishes and everyone loved them. Good luck on the road. I came back from Kansas City yesterday and the interstate was windy and snowy. Have a great holiday. Mona
