1 year or more post op support group meeting - Dr. White

Just to let everyone know.... Dr. White is starting a 1 Year or more post surgery monthly support group meeting. The first meeting will be at Lakeside Health Center, 16940 Lakeside Hill Plaza (168th and Center) on December 5th at 8:15 p.m. We will be meeting in the Conference Room. Mary (his wife) will be leading the group. It is going to be the 1st Monday of each Month. We will be discussing if this new day/time works for everyone, and planning future support group topics such as maintaining weight loss, nutrition, and physical activity. Debbie
