the fitness/rehab center at Immanuel in Omaha

I am moving into a house very close to Immanuel, so going to Lakeside is not going to work for me anymore. Does anyone work out at the fitness center at Immanuel or take any of their water classes? any info you can give me would be helpful. Sandra 438/239/160

I took a month of water exercises there it was GREAT. Also Im not sure of the details but I heard as bariatric patients we are eligible for some kind of package deal there, Roxy mentioned it at the support meeting. Jeanb

I was told as a Bariatric patient, there is no initiation fee for the water classes. Also, you can go to all/any of the water classes you want for approx. $30 p/month. You might want to double-check with them. Also, update on the support groups for 1 year or more out... Mary White said she can get a room at Lakeside on Mondays or Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. or on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 8:15 p.m. She is trying to get an idea right now what time/day would be the best for us.
