I know it's been a while since I posted. Well today has been 3 weeks since my consult with Dr. Forney. I'm hoping that my info was submitted already for approval to UHC. Dot said it would take about 2 weeks. So I'm hoping! Fingers Crossed! I've been tempted to call and ask her when they were submitted. But I'm sure she's busy. I'm ready to start calling the insurance company to find out if I'm approved! I'm ready to be on the losing side! Well September is almost over! This year is flying by! Is anyone ready for Xmas? I'm almost done shopping! Well have a great day!! ~Jess~

AKKK!! Your almost done shopping? I havent even given it a thought yet this year. On good years Im done by Thanksgiving, then can enjoy the last month. I can tell this isnt going to be one of those years. My 27 year old daughter , Liz had a RNY last monday, because of a history of blood clots they put in a filter in her main artery before the surgery. She did fantasticly the first 7 days, then monday she started having pain, by the time I took her to Dr. White yesterday she was in horrible pain and unable to stand for more than a minute or 2..Turns out her filter was full of clots.. Thank-God she had the filter. She was admitted and is now resting comfortably ( thank-you demeral) getting heperin IV. Hang in there Jess It seems like the longest wait waiting for your approval, but later you will look back and be amazed at how fast everything went..Jeanb
