Wake up Nebraska, How hot is it there?

Goodmorning from California, We are having another Hot, Hot, Hot day here in Northern California. Not really looking forward to these triple digit days? How hot is it in your area today? Jeannie

Too dang hot thats how hot!! But really I think we are ONLY suppose to have 95 today. which mean it will be about 97, A cool snap after the 105 of Saturday. Welcome aboard Jeannie. Hi Jean, Thanks for the welcome, I would welcome 95 temp., is 105 rare for Omaha? triple digits kill me. My air went out at my house, I think I will go to the mall and window shop, get a little exersize while Iam at it. I quess Homer is about 15 miles from Sioux City and about an hour from Omaha? I think? Do you have many support groups in your area? We have lots of them here, just too busy to go to them all, they have monthly get togethers which I rarely attend, for I work almost every Saturday. Jeannie

Yes over 100 is pretty rare, we may see a few days of it a summer. I believe about every hospital in Omaha that does the surgery has their own support group, I know my hospital ( Immanual) and University does. I would love to see monthly, shoot even quarterly social get togethers happen but they havent so far. We don't have an OH group, altho one has been offered. JeanB
