Pre-surgery Vitamins

I know that I didn't. You could start taking a good multi-vitamin and a calcium. These are 2 vitamins that I continue to take now. It couldn't hurt you! Debbie LAP RNY -126 pounds!

I took prenatal vitiamins and C and calcium and E for 3 months before.. I just wanted to be loaded because you get so little down the first couple months afterward, I cant prove it but I think it helped, All my labs have been very good. Oh, I had a foster daughter who had just had a baby and had a box of prenatals left over, thats why I took them..JeanB
