Looking forward too???

Come on peeps, name something you all are looking forward to this summer. My baby girl is getting married on July 23. I am so excited for her, its been so much fun planning and shopping together. We have become so close the last year. At least now I feel good enough to actually enjoy shopping. Its going to be a hawaiian theme wedding. WOW. Never dreamed she would go for that. They surprise us sometimes. I am a little nervous seeing so many people that don't know I had surgery. Sydney(my daughter) says go for it Mom, we are proud of you. Gotta love her, shes the baby. Camping !! I used to take my kids camping and we would have so much fun,but the last 10-12 years I have just been too fat and incapacitated. Well a couple weeks ago I bought a 3 room tent, now its just deciding where to go. Mahoney State Park? 3 Rivers, Pony Creek? Its great to have things to look forward to again. And next weekend my step mom is coming for a visit, I didnt tell her I had surgery. One of her best friends died from complications and I know she would just worry, so it will be fun to see her mouth drop open when she sees 130 pounds less of me..JeanB

Well ... if my son ever makes up his mind when, he is suppose to come with my two grandaughters !! Haven't seen them in like two years other than in pictures. Also going to Branson for a three day vacation in June. My husband and I and my daughter all had WLS so were looking forward to going and fitting in the seats at the theaters haha .. I'm also looking forward to wearing shorts.. I would never wear them in public unless it was so hot out I couldn't stand it and even then I hated it and as you can see in my before in my profile I had good reason to be self conscience about it .. now I look kind of bony but I love it !!

I am looking forward to next week. My husband and son and I are driving to South Dakota to go camping. Everything is sooooo much easier now. I know we are having a fabulous time, hiking, fishing and swimming. I am excited to wear my new Tankini!!!! It's nice when you think you look good in a swimsuit. I am also looking forward to a tummy tuck maybe sometime this year!!! Cathy -126

Life is sure alot easier when we arent carrying all that weight around! You sound like your really doing well, there is so much I missed out on by being obese all my life and now I just cant go go go enough. Love doing things with my grandkids too.
