4 days post op - Pain

Can anyone tell me if they had pain in their lower right side? I don't know if this is gas or what? If I lay on might right side it hurts to breathe. Other than that all going well and really appreciate the support from this forum.

I'm used to hearing people say they are having pain on their left side, not right. It is probably nothing, but if you are still having pain, you should call your doctor's answering service so someone can call you back. That is what they are there for. I agree when in doubt call your drs office! This board is nice for advise on some things but when it comes to pain you're better off asking the experts . Glad to hear all else is doing well.

I have that pain. My surgeon told me because it was the biggest incision and where he ran the stapler in and out. Could be the same with you?
