Have a date,. Anyone done by Dr. McBride???

I'm scheduled for May 11th, at the VA in Omaha, by Dr. McBride. Any info on Her??

She did my surgery, she is great. The staff at UNMC raved about her everywhere in the hospital. I had no complications and she repaired a bad hiatal hernia for me during surgery. One of my other doctors called her 'an artist' when he saw how fast I recovered. Ruth

My husband had Dr. McBride on March 2, 2005 at the VA in Omaha!! My husband says to tell ya shes great!! We both really liked her. My husband has already lost 60 lbs. It's been a little rough but he's getting use to the small tummy and things will improve as he goes along. Good luck with your surgery !! You've got a great Dr.

Just wanted to add that it is very important that you stick to the diet they give you !! Dr McBride said my husbands liver and internal organs were great and firm so it made it much easier for her to work around them so be sure to do what they tell ya !! It will make things much easier for the Dr and easier on you too.

Yes he was the first at the VA in Omaha!! He was the third in our family. I had my surgery last year in july and our daughter had her surgery on Jan 11th of this year. We're all doing well.
