Need advice...
OK, I am down 50lbs since surgery on Jan 18. the last 5 weeks I have lost NOTHING. What do I do. Is the old bod just catching up.
B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: ham salad and 6 lowfat triscuits
Snack: beef jerky or piece of cheese
Dinner: 1 cup chili or something similar
80 or more oz water. 65 to 90 grms protein
treadmill 20 minutes every day.

Hey Rhonda you're doing great 50 lbs thats wonderful.. Your body is just taking a break !! Don't worry just wait it out. Most of the time it means that your schrinking in size. Are your clothes feeling bigger than usual ?? Most people who measure say they loss inches during those times when the scale isn't moving. Just hang tight and don't worry !!! The first six months its pretty hard to screw things up so your safe and you could try a few more calories but your protein looks great do you take all your vitamins ?? This will pass hang in there and let us know how your doing once in a while. .... Sue
