Ok Neb losers lets hear from ya!! This board has died again. How's everyone doing. I'm doing great feel good! I had a check up with my Cardiologist a few weeks ago and he called me "skinny" !! All my blood work was great cholestrol (good up bad down) was well with in norm for someone with heart disease. I'm more regular with my treadmill now and have purchased an ab lounge! .. My daughter had her surgery Jan 11th and is doing great (bugging me with all kinds of questions ). She is having a problem getting the protein powders to go down. My husband will be having his surgery in Omaha on March 2nd at the VA. Dr. McBride will be the surgeon and also they mentioned something about Dr Sudan. I'm still losing slow and study!... I am now down 64 lbs and looking pretty good if I do say so myself (someone actually said I look younger now !!! yippeee !!) Hope all of you are doing well .... Sue Let's hear from ya !!!

Boy Sue, you were sure up awfully late last night! I don't blame your daughter about the protien. I can't seem to drink anything. I have to get my protien from my food. Way to go on your weightloss! 64 lbs already! Hope you have a great day! Cathy -105

Wow -105 thats incredible !! I work evenings 3:30 to 12 midnight so I'm always up late never get to bed before 3 a.m. Nice to hear from ya!! I get most of my protein from food also but sometimes can sneek some in my crystal lite it kind of covers the taste! ... Sue

Wow my husband will have Dr. McBride at the VA on March 2nd. He has to be on a liquid diet for two weeks before surgery. Are you on that now ?? Phil will be the first one at the VA to have laprascopic rny. I'll be thinking of you on the 8th. Soon you will be on the losing side !! .. Sue
