support group meetings on thursdays in Omaha?

I have been attending Dr Whites support group which is normally on Mondays or Wednesdays. Now, due to a class I am starting, I will not be free those evenings. Is there a support group that meets on Thursday nights? I had heard one of the doctors at Methodist had one but I don't know when or where or who to ask? let me know. Thanks! Sandra 437/260/160

I checked with someone who went to Dr. Anthone. He is at Methodist. His group meets the 1st or 2nd Thursday of each month. His # is (402)354-1320. He only does open Duodenal Switch WLS. They do face different issues than people who have had RNY WLS. So you may or may not be interested in this. Another one to check would be Dr. McBride at University. Dr. McBride does open RNY. Dr. Anthone's is on the second Thursday at 5:30pm, Methodist College of Nursing, in the cafeteria. We always hava a speaker. In January, Denise, his nurse is speaking on her recent experience with plastic surgery following WLS. In February, Dr. A is presenting his statistics from his first year in Omaha. As far as I can tell, everyone there sees Dr. A, but we would love to have you!! Dr. Sudan's group also is on Wednesday's. (Creighton). Sheryl 288/244/150
