-160 Thank you Dr White!

In two days is the 10 month anniversary of my surgery with Dr White. I am very happy to say that as of today, I have lost 160 pounds! A year ago I was anxiously awaiting approval, and absolutely miserable in my body and my life, and I couldn't even imagine how much different my life would be a year later. 160 pounds ago ... I could not walk 100 yards without having to stop and take a break or sit down. I could not properly clean myself after going to the bathroom, without the aid of various hygiene tools. Could not walk into a normal retail store and buy clothes off the rack, and could hardly find any clothing at even the stores specializing in large sizes. Could not walk a flight of stairs without feeling like I was going to die by the time I reached the top. Sat at the table watching the purses while my friends were out dancing NOW... I walk 3-4 miles a day, and also go to the gym 3 times a week. I can reach, everything I need to reach to keep myself clean. I can buy clothing at Target/Walmart/Steinmart/Kohls-I am a clothes hog! I moved into a 3 story townhouse and go up and down the steps all the time, doesn't even make me breath hard now. I am out dating, and dancing and living like no ones business!! Life is good. Sandra...you are an inspiration to me. I am still waiting for approval. Looks like 6 mon down the road after physician sup weight loss program. I am very happy for you and for how much better you are feeling. Blessings.

Sandra, That is sooo awesome!!! God Bless you on a HUGE difference in your life. I just had my surgery last Monday, and am feeling awesome already, your story is one more story to inspire me. Dr. White is great, so it makes me feel validated in my decision after I hear your testimony. WAY TO GO! Holly

COngratulations Sandra!! Feels great doesn't it? I had the VBG done 11/4/02 lost 172 pounds, with Dr. Torpy - I am less the half the person I was! I hit goal weight. It is such a wonderful feeling. Keep up the good work, you go girl, ha ha.
