Pain in Lower Left Side

I'm three weeks post op and I've been having this pain in my lower left abdomen since surgery. It hurts the most when I'm walking around and twisting my torso (just every day moves). Does anyone know what this might be or have you experienced it after your surgery? I didn't know if that was a place that still needed more healing or perhaps I developed a hernia. I put a call into my doctor and a nurse is supposed to call me back. Thanks in advance.

Hopefully you have heard from the MD office. Since it seems to hurt more with movement, it may be muscular. Watch for nausea/fever or other unusual symptoms.....
