I just got out of surgery today-----I am looking for a good place to buy protein shakes without too many added ingredients. Can anyone help me out? The stores would have to be in the Omaha,Nebraska area if the locations are not listed on the interenet. Thanks for the help and suggestions---It is mainly so I won't get bored with my choices Thanks

Hi! I am in Omaha too, and I found that the only thing I could tolerate locally was a protien drink at GNC called Amplify and I mixed it with 8 oz of Carb Countdown Milk. It was fair, everyones taste buds are different. I finally got turned on to Nectar and love the roadside lemonade and the fuzzy navel. I get it from Bariatriceating.com and it is much cheaper than the Amplify at GNC. It is also water based has has less calories although in the beginning you are needing calories. I will also take the opportunity to tell you of a neat discovery I made today at Target, I ran across some low carb juice that has only like 6 grms of sugar in it and 40 calories for an 8 ozz glass, look in the section with the other bottled juices. One other thing, my favorite protien bar is All in One by Dexitrim...they are the only bar I have found that has a good taste to it...all the others are icky. I buy mine at Walgreens. Good luck Hillari
