Nervous in Nebraska!

I am so glad I have this message board right now. We do need to make it more active. I don't have my computer at home--its at my office-but I try and come in and check daily. I am waiting to hear result from 3 days of cardio tests. This was all a shock to me and I am really nervous as my surgery is scheduled for August 30th and I don't know what is going to happen. We leave on vacation on Tuesday so I am really hoping that I know more about the situation before I leave. This is too much to have to worry about right now. I am sure that people considering wls have some issues with their heart. I have never had any problems so this was a real shocker! Please pray for me that it is just a hard one to read because of my weight. Thanks for listening to me whine! Cassy

Hi Cassy, By no means are you whinning, I would want someone to talk to also. I will keep my fingers crossed and say a prayer for you that all will turn out just fine and you will have your surgery as scheduled. Maybe you can put a bug in the doctors ear and let them know you are going on vacation and would really like to know what is going on so that you can enjoy your vacation as planned. Or maybe you have an alternate number where they can reach you while you are away. Again, good luck to you and wishing you only the best. Di
