I keep track of everything on fitday.com its free and will chart all of your calories and goals. the site is easy to use and I love its flexability. You can enter the very small amounts of food we eat by using .25 cup or .10 cup and you can put in customized food. It is by far the best site I have found. you can put in nutritional goals and exersise goals also. I print off several of the charts and grafs to take with me on followup appointments.
