Dr. Anthone
HI!
I had Dr. A now, but he didn't do my surgery. He is a great doc though and I love him!
As to info on the DS. I would do it again in a heartbeat! BEST thing I have ever done for myself.
Feel free to PM me privately or ask me more questions or better yet check out the DS forum! There are some awesome people there who can answer about anything.
As to what I eat in a day....um EVERYTHING...lol I have problems with white flour and white sugar, but can survive it...as it is gas related and I just pick and choose when and such if I want to eat it. But overall I eat everything. Breakfast is usually a protein coffee (coffee w/ protein powder added to make similar to a cappucino), 1-2 fried eggs and four pieces of bacon. Lunch might be a bacon wrapped pork or beef fillet and some veggies or cottage cheese. Dinner, usually whatever the family is eating ie. high protein mac & cheese (with dreamfields pasta) or high protein tuna and noodles, or anything else you might make. Snacks could be cheese sticks, nuts of any kind, ricotta fluff, cottage cheese, lunchmeats, popcorn with REAL butter poured over it....whatever your heart desires.
As you can see I am now at 127 pounds down, I have about 40 pounds to go for my own personal goal. Dr. A was thrilled Wednesday when I saw him with my weight loss. I am exactly 1 yr out. Have been eating, 'normally" since about 6 weeks out.
