Has anyone had a lap or open DS? I plan to get a revision from a lap band to DS.

Congratulations on your decision! Dr Anthone is my surgeon too and I'm shooting for a March or April DS. I cannot answer your question directly, but was wondering if you have posted it on the DS board? There are plenty of helpful DS patients there, many of whom have had revisions.

I had the DS lap in June 2008. Dr. Sudan did the surgery but I am now seeing Dr. Anthone due to Sudan leaving the area.

WONDERFUL surgery and Dr. Anthone is an awesome doc! I don't think you could be in better hands.
