Dr. Winterstein

Who's a patient of Dr. Winterstein at Methodist?  What's your thoughts on him?

Dr. Winterstein is my doctor...and I love him!

I picked Dr. Winterstein specifically because I like him and his staff. He's very laid back and really wants to see his patients succeed. He's big on listening to your body and learning what works for you. He doesn't require nutritionist appointments or force patients to count protein grams. I really feel like he trusts me to make the right decisions and take care of myself.

More than anything, the vibe at the office is wonderful. There's a lot of laughter and teasing. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was most impressed when I realized they all knew my name and voice...before my surgery.

I'll be at the support group meeting this Thursday. Shall I look for you?

I got your PM.  I can't be there at 5:30.  His office said I could come to the educational seminar at 7 if I wanted.  Even though I don't need all that info at least I could get the feel of the doctor and how he does stuff.  I think I might go to that.  I need to verify that my mother-in-law will watch the kids.  Thankfully that's not usually a problem.
