bcbs blue choce State of Neb

I am just starting the process for weightloss surgery.  I have BCBS Blue Choice.  My employer is the state of Nebraska.  Has anyone else out there ever had the surgery with BCBS through the State of Neb. and if so did it have good coverage?

I am a state employee with DHHS.  Coverage is usually approved and the coverage pays very well.  My out of pocket for the surgery for the lapband was less than $600.  Fills were covered 100% .  best of luck to you.
