Inquiring about Dr Sudan!

Yes he did my surgery and I LOVE him!  His bedside manner was awesome (went out of his way to make sure my DH had a place to sleep as he had to stay in my room due to hotel availability), was very personable and friendly.  Was very up on answering not only my questions but those of my DH before surgery as well as after.  I would recommend him in a heart beat. 

Dr. Sudan will be doing my surgery on 10/29/2009...I am so excited!  I have heard good things about his work.  I am a little nervous but very excited!

He is now doing surgeries at Duke.  (He JUST started.)  I believe he only does them on Thursdays, though, so maybe he's teaching at other times?  Not sure.

 He is amazing...He saved my  life here when I had complications due to my RNY back in December 04' and correction January 05'. He's a miracle worker. 

I am in NC and am scheduled with Dr. Sudan in Nov 2011. He works with Duke but does DS at Durham Regional with robotic assistance. He is the only surgeon currently doing the DS procedure though Duke.

Dr. Sudan and staff were wonderful.  He was very current on his knowledge of all types of wls and also takes adequate time with his patients during followup visits.  Since he left I have only had one followup visit and I am currently looking for a different doctor in the Omaha area.  Any suggestions Nebraska people?
