Hi Everyone, there are exciting things going on in Scottsbluff. On November 4th we will be having a mens only group. Dr. Matt Hutt, psychologist will be moderating the meeting. All men are welcome to come. Remember our meetings are at 7pm at the medical plaza south meeting room at Regional West medical center. December 2nd will be our annual christmas dinner. Dr. Holloway and Karen Johnson, RD will be there to help with healthy food choices. I will let everyone know where it will be. Let me know if you are interested in coming. Hope to see you there.
