Any surgeon in Nebraska do the sleeve operation??

had my band for 11 months,  It was removed Wednesday after they found an erosion, I went in for a port flip.  My surgeon says probablly not a canadate for replacing the band again.  I will explore more detail with her this next week during follow up, but I am looking at options. 

Anyone have other alternatives,  I want to lose approx 50 more lbs..  ideally, but maintainance at current level would be great in itself.
