fills...

I know the fill thing is very trying our nerves but when we do get to that sweet spot we are so grateful! The pounds melting and our health is getting so much better. I have had mine for over 6 years now, mine holds 5cc's and I have just a drop over 1cc. Another thing I'm hearing is that after one gets a fill they go have LUNCH, when I was new Dr.H told me to eat soft foods and not much...most are full after a fill . Maybe after you get your fill and take about a hour or so and dont think you are tight enough he might put more in especially if you had to drive a long way. Hi Beth, it is so true. Take it easy after a fill. It may prevent you from going back for an unfil because you are stuck. Mona

I'm glad I had my band done "in the good old days". I still dont eat or eat VERY light for a couple of days after a fill.....Beth
