Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center and Surgical Associates P.C. are sponsoring the 2nd Annual Patient Weight Loss Surgery Reunion on October 18th, 2008. It will be held at the hospital on a Saturday from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Keynote Speaker; Colleen Cook from Bariatric Support Centers International. Colleen is a former WLS patient from 1998. She is a motivational speaker and author of "SUCCESS HABITS OF WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY PATIENTS."

Join us for a day of fun, fellowship, celebration, education! Registration fee is $25 and covers catered lunch, copy of speaker book, and T-shirt.

I'd love to go, but would have to travel with others from my area.  I have a van so could take up to 5-6 others.  Would cut gas costs and traveling alone for everyone. 

Live in Minden, so anyone from this area (Kearney, Holdrege, Franklin etc) interested, lets see if we can get several of us to go.  :)

Thank you for your support. I hope others might be able to attend. I think we have a good program planned this year. It is a nice kick start if you are struggling with areas related to plateaus, self-care, follow-up, etc.
