I sure was surprised at how many people showed up for the meeting, and not just bandsters, but several who are looking for information and in the process of approval. Hello everyone,  I live in California but I have blue cross blue shield of nebraska...can anyone tell me if they have used them or the requirements are for gastric bypass surgery for them?  When I call the insurance they just state that the dr.s office needs to get a authorization.  I don't want to wait that long to find out.  Pleas help.
