I am so excited. I met my first mini goal...to get to 225 pounds. I have lost a total of 28 pounds so far.

Congratulations.. it is so much fun to start checking off those goals.. have you made others that are not weight numbers related? I had 12 and i only have one left to do. Ride on an amusement park ride( something that I could not fit into before) ..
