If ya don't believe posting makes a difference check out my OH friend armra1967. I've watched her change over the last few months (pictures & posts.) Shes going to succeed. And I know if she can. I can. We talk on a regular bases & share our feelings on life. I just want to thank OH for ALL my friends that keep me going. It does make a difference.

I've met so many great people through OH. It is so nice to be able to talk w/those people & share ideas & problems each of us have had. It helps us both. The tool of posting ( in my option ) is just as important as t/surgery itself. We keep each other on track. Sometimes I don't hear from one of my friends in a while..and I e-mail them & find out they're struggling. And I tell them it's even more important to post then..because then we can go through it together. That's what OH is for. For us to take t/journey together.
