First Meeting Tonight

Tonight is the first meeting of the Healthy Attitudes support group in Central City, NE.  We will be meeting at 7pm in the Litzenburg Hospital conference room.  We welcome everyone.  We look forward to having Mona from the Regional West Medical Center and Jimmy from the North Platte support group with us.  See you all this evening.  Have a wonderful day.

Good morning Mona, well actually it is afternoon, but what the hay.   We were so glad that you, Beth and Jimmy could be with us on Friday.  It was wonderful to see you again.  I have complete faith that we will keep getting bigger and better as time goes on.  When is the Scottsbluff support group?  Would love to make one.  Have a wonderful week.

Hi Hazel, our group meets on the 1st and 3rd tuesdays of the month. On Dec. 4th we will be going out for supper and learning tips for eating out healthy. I would love for you to come. Our next meeting is next tuesday November 20th. See you soon. Mona
