Ms. Shelly.  I would like to give you and your Support Group a well done for the seminar you had this weekend. It was worth the drive to attend. I will be attending your next year meeting. Again you done good.

I have to agree with you, it was well worth attending.  I even got a bonus I was one of the lucky ones to win a massage.

Dear Barb and Jimmy, Thanks for making the trip. It was delightful to have you there. It was what I needed to get back on track. I did a phone conference call to a support group that was sponsered by the Bariatric Support Centers last evening. It was neat. There were over 20 folks on the call from all over. The moderator got everyone involved in the discussion of fluids and avoiding dehydration. It was interesting and I learned some new things. If you picked up the Bari.com card for $10, you can go to their website and check it out for further details. They do 2 free groups per month on telephone or skype for free. They also have other teleconferences that you can purchase. Stay in touch, we truly need each other. Shelly
