First meeting of new support group

We want to welcome every one to the first meeting of the new support group in Central City NE.  It will be in the Litzenburg Hospital conference room.  1715 26th Street, Central City, NE. at 7PM.  We feel so fortunate that Mona is going to attend our first meeting and help us get started right.  Jill and I are looking forward to seeing you there.  Jill is a lap band and I am a gastric bypass.

Jimmy,  I am so glad that you are coming.  Jill and I will appreciate any and all help that you and Mona can give us.  Neither of us has even started our training yet so we are navices in this game.  But we have one thing that is important, the desire to help others better their lives.  We need your support and encouragement.

I will be there with my husband, I had my surgery on Sept 26th.  I will get my first fill tomorrow.   The pounds right now seem to be coming off fast.   I am just so amazed and pleased that this is happening to me. I am waiting for the day that I can fit into a pair of blue jeans to work on casual Friday Barb

Barb,  We will be looking forward to seeing you on Friday.  It is amazing how fast the weight falls off.  And it seems that is what it really does.  From the face down.  Casual Friday blue jeans is not far away, I assure you.

I'd love to attend, but I will be in Des Moines on Friday in the 33rd row of a John Mellencamp concert.  Please let me know if it will be a regularly scheduled time.  I'm glad there is one closer to home!!  Thanks!!

Shelly, You are welcome to join us any time you want.  Starting in December our meetings will be twice a month, the first and third Tuesday of the month.  They will be at 7pm in the conference room at the Litzenburg Hospital in Central City.  We are hopeing to be able to have guest speakers as frequently as possible.
