Quadripalegic--WLS??

Hello, does anyone know any quadripalegics that have had WLS?? My brother-in-law is confined to a wheel chair with co-morbitites. He has a BMI of 41. He would really love to have the Lap-band but know of know one who might perform this surgery. Any info would be great.
