North Platte Meeting Minutes

Well just a quick note from our meeting. We had a total of 9 losers (good term). Losing 700 pds an average of 77.7 pds. We had 7 pre ops attending with a lot of good questions. We had 6 support members for the pre ops and post ops giving there support a big thank you to you. I would like to say Thank You to all of you for coming and a special thank you to the ones from coming out of town with the price of gas so high. Our topic for the evening was Essentials For A Summer Of Success. So remember your water and protien!!!. Well let wish Beth T. a fast recovery on her flu. And hope to see her at the next meeting. Hi Jimmy, Sounds like you had a good meeting. The Nebraska New beginnings was good also. Lola Gonzales came and talked about exercise. Sounds like our exercise program at the YMCA is expanding to include the circuit room. Could you call me? I need to talk to you. Mona

Hi Jimmy, Wanted to visit you on the Nebraska Board and say "HI"! I also wanted to congratulate you on your two-year rebirthday (surgery anniversary) on Saturday. You have achieved and accomplished so much success in these past two years. I am proud to be on the OH Leader Team with you. Congratulations!
