How Long does it take?

I havent even been in to see the doctor about having surgury yet, so my question is how long for the first Doctors Appt. until you got your surgurey was it (thats with insurance pay) Also anyone that had thiers done in Grand Island How much was it??

I had my surgery about a month after 1st md appt. Also I had a lap RNY with Dr. Goering in G.I. He is absolutely wonderful. I had no problems and have lost about 140lb since june 06. St. Francis med ctr. was a wonderful hospital to be in and they took great care of me. Very sensitive to the bariatric patient and very attentive. the whole surgery/hospital cost be around 25k.
