Insurance

My husband has insurance thru BCBS of Wisconsin. They have an exclusion (of course). I am working part time at a Beverly Living Centers. Does anyone know if if their insurance covers the surgery? They are also known as Golden living Centers. The insurance is BCBS of California. Would appreciate any help?

Dear Donna, The best thing you can do is call your insurance company and find out. I waited 7 years and changed jobs to do it. I am in the process of all the paperwork being done for my inusrance company. I have BCBS of Minnesota. WLS is covered with them. I wish you well-and most of all, do not give up hope! Thanks , Chris

Hi, I am currently working for the old Beverly, known as Golden living now. NO, they do not cover the surgery, the insurance is the same....BCBS of California. I have already tried to get them to change and they told me they won't. I'm sorry to bear bad news, it was devastating for me too.
