Soon to be moving to NE

Hello everyone! I am new to all of this so please bear with me. I am 2 weeks post op and in three weeks we will be relocating to NE from NM. I have no idea who I will follow up with there and am hoping to maybe find out about any support groups around. We will be in Alliance. Anyone from around there? Any info would be greatly appreciated! I can't wait to hear from ya!
