1 cc back in!!

I went and had Dot put 1 cc back in last monday, the big snow storm didnt keep me away....when i gained about 5 pounds since the 25th of last month. I was getting that old feeling of regain.....cant let that happen. I have taken off 4 since monday and am breathing easier now....hugs, beth

Beth, I am so glad to hear that things are going well. I have been thinking about you a lot.. I put on 5 pounds over the holidays and I was amazed how differant I felt. But so glad that my body let me know before I got out of control..Jeanb
