Thank you Jimmy. I add crystal lite to my water also. We have been having question about amount and to caffeinate or not to caffeinate. So we are going to discuss this. I found some research that says it doesn't matter about the caffeine, but I still think it should be whatever makes the individual person happy. I personally drink caffeine but don't count toward my water total. God Bless Cathy
