Hi Brenda, congratulations on your weight loss so far. You are doing great. It is so frustrating when you hit a plateau. Keep up with your protein intake. You might want to change your exercise plan. Sometimes changing your exercise helps. Make sure you are not eating too few calories. Your body will go into a starvation mode and not let the pounds come off. Hon, if you had the banding you may need to have it recalabrated, thats taking the fluid out to see how much is in there. I had to have that done a few months ago as i should have had 2.2 in and i was down to 1.6, some had evraporated so i got up to 2 back in and lost my 11 pounds in a matter of just over a week. did you take your measurments before??? you sometimes lose in inches and not pounds. take care and keep plugging away. hugs, beth
