Im in Scottsbluff

Im back at the motel as Dana is getting equipted with a band!!! I sure hope she does good??? Guess it all up to the indivdual, right? I was so determined I took off my 140 pounds in a yeas and have had great luck keeping it off..its been over 4 years now. Better go take a quick nap as i need to be back in a couple hours.hugs, Beth
