Hi Cathy, you might pass along that on December 5th in North Platte Patrick Duel from Valentine will be speaking. He is the guy who started at 1000 pounds. It should be a good talk. Also at the Scottsbluff support group I will have Gretchen Dredla speak. SHe is an exercise physiologist and will have some great info. See you soon. MOna
